How do I book a class?

Create an account on MOXI3.com, purchase a class credit (your first three classes are $10 each with our intro offer), then choose your class and book!

On Sundays at 4:00pm, classes for the upcoming Tuesday-Monday will go live for booking. Memberships grant you access one hour before the public.

Classes cancelled before 5:00pm the night before your class will be credited back to your account with no penalty.

Our classes often have waitlists and late cancellations/no-shows can reduce waitlisted guests’ ability to attend class. As a result we have implemented late cancellation and no show fees to hopefully deter these types of cancellations from occurring. Classes cancelled after 5:00pm the night before your class will result in a $10 charge and loss of credit. No-shows will results in a loss of credit and a $20 no-show fee.

We will hold your spot until two minutes before class start time. At the two minute mark, we may release your spot to a guest on the waitlist. We recommend calling the front desk if you anticipate arriving late.

Our Dana Point location does not have a locker room or showers. Secure cubbies and restrooms are available for guest use before, during, and after class.

Booking & Attendance

  • All classes must be booked through our official app, website or verified third-party platform.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early. Spots will be released to waitlisted guests at class start time.

  • Class times, instructors, and formats are subject to change.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made before 5pm the night before class.

  • Late cancellations & no-shows are subject to penalty fees and loss of credit.

  • Late cancellation penalty fee: $10 | No-show penalty fee: $20 | Both: loss of credit

  • Guests are required to check-in for their classes on the app or at the front desk. Failure to check in may result in penalty fees and loss of credit.

ClassPass & Third-Party Services

  • Once a class is reserved on ClassPass, any changes or modifications to the reservation must be managed in the ClassPass app or by the ClassPass support team.

  • ClassPass users cannot  be switched into another class, or be signed in for one class while attending another.

  • ClassPass automatically assigns spots to users. We cannot move your preferred spot until 30 minutes before class start time.
  • Additional fees may occur if a class is canceled or no showed. Please note that our studio cancellation policy is independent of ClassPass and will be enforced regardless of their platform terms.

Studio Etiquette & Conduct

  • Respect for our members and staff is non-negotiable. Any behavior that compromises the safety or energy of the studio will not be tolerated.

  • Clients who violate studio conduct policies may be removed from class or have memberships terminated without refund.

Health & Safety

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Clients should consult a physician before participating in any class or restore service.

  • Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell.
